CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Small Group Reformer

Experience the Pilates reformer in a small group setting then add other small equipment. This class is designed with your specific needs in mind. It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Adding rings, rollers, balls, and spine corrector barrels and you will develop strength, and flexibility all in one class. Space is limited to 5 students. This enables our instructor to correct and modify for all fitness levels and ages.

Small Group Reformer JumpBoard

This class takes the traditional reformer work and combines it with the JumpBoard. This intense reformer classes jumps up your heart rate as it develops core strength, hip stability, and intense footwork. The class is structured to challenge our more experienced students. Only 5 participants in each class enable our instructor to correct form and modify exercises for each student.

Small Group Reformer with Props

Small Group Spine Corrector ARC

A focused intensive class using the Spine Corrector ARC. The barrel enhances breath work, develops the arms and legs, improves posture and massages the lower back. Each class takes the students through a 45-minute intensive barrel program using bands to assist in stability and coordination. Class is limited to 5 students so that our instructor can modify and make corrections with each student.

Small Group Mat w/ apparatus

This class is a 45-minute mat intensive. Improve your coordination, standing alignment, balance and integrate principles of core control with spine mobility. Pilates-evolved mat exercises coordinate diaphragmatic breathing with properly sequenced co-contractions of the deep abdominal, pelvic floor, and spinal musculature. The exercises emphasize precise alignment and efficient sequencing of movement. There are countless different movement phrases, which are performed seated, standing, on all fours, or lying on your back, side, or front. Classes are limited to 6 participants so that our instructor can modify and make changes for each student.

Pilates Private and Duet

One on One or share with a friend training specifically designed for your physical needs. Whether you have an injury, perfecting your sport, or just wanting to improve your physical appearance, our trained staff can help you achieve your goals. Utilizing the Cadillac, Reformer, Tower of Power, Split pedal chair, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel and other small apparatus we can take your body to another dimension.

Reiki Session

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
